And aside from this thing being downright squirrelly (keeping the beat with the Chem Bros), I can't decide which is best (to say nothing of correct) - lens it before or after beamsplitter?
Please help a dumb guy feel smart...

Good stuff: It would seem I'm getting there - it's starting to look more like a bullseye or something...
If I would just take the time to fabricate a proper mirror mount (adjustable), then perhaps this whole experiment would be based a lot less on luck...
