The statue is called "Monumento a la Sardana"...
It is a sculpture dedicated to the local catalonian dance called a SARDANA. and is made up of a group of children dancing in a circle. (Which is how the dance is performed).
The statue is on the Hill of Montjuic near the old amusement park.

well Parc Güell and Montjuïc are in Barcelona. Wich park outside Barcelona??? can you explaint yourself a bit more ??

I think you might be thinking of the park guel. I'm not sure how it's spelled. It's really cool, but don't remember the circle of frinds statue there.
