I don't think so.
Trish has said in interviews that she prefers to date someone out of the business who's back home in Canada. She's pretty private about her personal life so I doubt she'd consider someone famous.

It's true. While I was sipping my favorite Mocha Latte' on Starbucks across the street, I saw Cena and Trish having a good time on Dolce and Gabbana. Trish went shopping, while Cena was waiting inside, looking around and they were laughing and holding hands. It was romantic...kinda reminds me of my old relationship. Damn.
