sometimes it is hard to build your body at home, without the proper equipment. If you are looking to maintain, well, a good cardio and stretch program should suffice...but if not, and you are looking to build, a good thing to do is either, 1) purchase the proper equiment, or 2) go to a local gym and get a membership... a membership to a gym is a heck of a lot cheaper than buying proper muscle building equipment. Hope this helps you out.

Engage a private trainer at home and buy all necessary workout machine home. Kidding!

All the workout books teach the similar workout that can train yourself up. So, buy some books home to read and you soon can be expert. If you want to use some weight, you can fill up buckets with water and carry up and down. Surely, your arms will be strong and built. Running around your house, sitting up, etc. also can build you up.

Happy workout!

Household objects! Cans, Books, chairs, etc. Do squats with two large pineapple juice cans. Do sit ups and push ups. To make them harder, put a large book on your back or lift a large over your head for situps. Find out what is heavy enough for you and then work your way up. Also, water weights or dumbells can be found for cheap sometimes at garage sales, ebay, etc. Good luck!

If you just did pushups, pullups, situps and sprints, you could have a wicked body.

Also, dips you can do by just using a bench and putting your legs out on the floor.

pushups and situps are always easy. calf raises are good for the legs, and get some dumbbells to work your arms. stretching is also important. walking and running, while not entertaining to some, is a great way to maintain good health
