No. Life is when you don't have enough money to pay the bills. And you fight with your spouse. And you kids go to jail.
Life is drama. Go home and slap you spouse for no apparent reason. Add some drama to your life. You won't like it now, but when your 60...it'll be a fond memory.

It's how nuts live life. I like to savor the food I eat, watch the people as I go to work, make impulse stops on the way home, ask my wife how her day was, tell her anything that may have struck my fancy, pay a few bills, talk to a friend or two, read a good book, listen to music, dream a daydream, snuggle and cuddle with my wife, tickle her fancy once in awhile, and thank God I can enjoy so much. What I'm saying is "attitude" plays a big role in your perceptions.

You have to find a Hobby. Something that makes you smile and intrigues your mind and go with it. We also have to learn that there are more things in life than a big party that is important. Focus on your family and your friends. Do things that need to be done first then do something just for fun. Go to a park and just hang out. Read some different books. Do volunteer work after your real work and that will help you meet new people and learn new things and you will be surprised at the energy you create for yourself. Every day is a new day. Smile.

That's not "life" at all. Life is the joys you find every day. The sun rise, the birds, the flowers, the butterflies, a rainbow, a beautiful baby, a soft touch, a kind word, a helping hand, the aroma of fresh baked bread, a walk in the park, a waterfall, enjoying a sport, reading a book, furthering your education, raising a child, the sun set, the full moon, loving your family and friends, wet puppy kisses, the purr of a cat, making a difference in someone's life, etc....

I feel that those things are only done so that you can live...and when I say live, I mean the things that make you feel alive. These are things like getting together with friends and family, doing things outside (hiking, camping, skiing, going to the beach), and having a hobby.
You are focusing on the things that you need to do in order to live, not the things that show that you are alive. Look more at the things that bring meaning to your life. Look at your friends, kids, hobby's, and pass-times. These should be included in your nutshell.

Life is what you make of it. For some people this is the case. I personally choose to have an active life full of volunteer work, nights out with the girls and fun nights at home doing things with my husband. Even my day to day job isn't routine and every day is a little different.
If this routine works for you - great! I'm glad you're happy. If it doesn't, simply pick one thing at a time to work on and change what is making you unhappy. Get a new job, join a club, whatever it takes to get the things you want out of life.

No. Life is the changes we go through, the emotions we feel, the people we meet, the experiences we have, the pain in our hearts, the secrets we keep, the hobbies we have, the things that bring us joy, etc. etc.
Jobs, paying bills, sleeping is all secondary. Unfortunately we need money to survive, so we work, then pay our bills.
Heck, it would be more emotionally & mentally stimulating to live in the woods, build your own shelter and catch your own food!!

As it is written in Ecclesiastes, "Everything is meaningless!"
Without true life, everything IS meaningless. And then we die, and our meaningless existence comes to a meaningless end.
Everything is meaningless: running after money, running after pleasure, running after fame. In the end we all die, and then we find out that life wasn't so meaningless after all... but by then it's too late.
Mark 8:36
"For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul?"
Romans 14:10
"For we will all stand before God's judgment seat."
Acts 16:30
"...what must I do to be saved?"
Matthew 7:13-14
"Enter through the narrow gate. For wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destruction, and many enter through it. But small is the gate and narrow the road that leads to life, and only a few find it."
John 14:6
"Jesus answered, 'I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'"
Life without Christ is a hopeless end; life with Christ is an endless hope.

Well, yeah. Eventually, you obtain a spouse (or not) and kid(s) (or not) maybe even pet(s) (or not). You also get a mortgage (or not), car payment (or not), and several forms of insurance (yeah, you really need that either way).
Then, the cat gets sick and the kid needs new dance shoes because she's grown again, your water heater explodes and your basement floods, your spouse (if you had one) leaves for Tahiti with the cat's vet, the car breaks down, your insurance rate goes up because of the water damage when the water heater broke, so you end up getting another job to make ends meet. Then, you don't get sleep, either.
One smile from a child that loves you, and it will all be worth it, I promise.
