I have lots of tools, tool boxes, equipment, dust cloths etc in my garage and don't want to be clearing cobwebs away everytime I want to use items. You wouldn't like it if you were having to wade through loads of cobwebs in your property to find your personal items.

No, sorry. You'll just end up spending a bunch of money. I found that the only thing I could do was completely clean out the garage, sweep it all down, spray it out, and make sure all the windows are letting light in.
It may sound silly, but I put a dehumidifier out there. I set it so that it would only run when the humidity was really high. The added dryness of the garage seemed to keep them out.

Please don't splat them - they're not doing any harm. Perhaps use a special spider dust sheet over everything else you want to use so that the spiders and their webs can be lifted out of the way without them getting on you or you killing them? Anyway, if it's a nice environmnet for spiders they'll keep coming back anyway so there's no point killing them.

Bettaware have a product that you spray around the outside of your house, windows, shed etc.
Not sure how it works and what happens to the spiders already in the house or shed in your case, as they wouldn't be able to leave would they.
Then there's always the plug thingy's that use the waves or whatever to deter all types of bugs and rodents.

That is unfortunate that you can not live with the spiders as they are very beneficial critters. However, you can buy a residual insecticide at your local garden centre that when applied around entrance points to the area in question, will dry and be picked up by the spider as it crosses that area. It will be absorbed by its body and the spider will die.

Why no invest in a cupboard that you can close and keep your tools in there? Will work out cheaper and better in the long run, rather than killing the spiders.

try to find the hole they came from and block it up but if they arent hurting anyone, theyre jst keeping the flies away so it might be best to leave them because maybe the more u clean away, the more come back
