I assume you mean a blog SITE?
Don't misspell this if you want to be taken seriously!

Best advice is to contact someone who already has a site similar to what you want to create. They know what it takes and how to get there.

Be forewarned, however! You will probably need to invest some money before you'll start making some! And not all Web sites are successful money makers! So have a back-up plan ready before you start. Good luck to you.
