We are making an online company and need to know what is required in terms of contracts and privacy agreements if we charge companies by the month. We would be displaying their information and logos, but only by their approval, so is there any way we can work with a minimum amount of contracts or none at all? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

The best routes to take are to research the process of starting a business as well as the industry you're interested in.
I recommend checking out the SBA, Entrepreneur, The Start Up Journal & Nolo. All 4 are great informational resources for the new/small business owner. I posted links for you in the source box.
