A & D ointment is probably one of the best things.. it keeps the skin the most moist, and you don't have to apply as much, or as often..

All u need is a fragrant free lotion doesn't matter what brand, I myself used Aveeno not the cheapest but my tat turn out great.

You're not going to believe this but my husband used hemorrhoid cream, The tattoo artist said it was the best because it controlled the swelling, pain and keeps it lubricated.

Use neosporin only, several times a day after washing it with soap and water, do not scrub it. Also keep it out of the sun until it is fully healed. Didn't the person who gave it tell you any of this???

Use neosporin for the first three days well it is covered and then leave out to the air , works great

A&D Ointment is the best to use on new tattoos....keeps it moist so the color won't peel off..

you only really need something that will keep your skin moist for the first couple weeks. I like Nexcare or Eucera.

I used vaseline-
although some tat artsits say its a no-no-
it healed me the quickest, kept the color brilliant, and is very cheap!
