Imma cheerleader and i really need other cheerleaders or ex cheerleaders are wat eva ya r 2 help me!! Toe touches are in every cheer and dance at my school. And pleaz don't tell me to practice i know that all ready. Well hope ya can answer this Question!! FAST

sit w/ your legs spread, twist and put one hand in front, between the spread eagle, and one behind you. pick your feet up as high as you can possibly get them, and hold them there for a count of 10, make sure to keep your feet flexed and legs straight. Repeat 10 reps. This strengthens the muscles in your legs that you use in a tt and will help you get height as well as a good stretch.

stretching everyday. before and after you work out. it will help i promise.
