This country is so vast, that someone is born on everyday of the year, somewhere. If there was 3 million babies born each year, there is only 365 days in a year. Pretty hard not to have a day when no babies were born. Even on June 6, 2006 (666) somebody wanted their child born on that date, somewhere.
