if you refuse a job that is not suitable for you or if it was for good cause you may be okay. if you pay more for a babysitter than you bring home, don't work .

Appears to be confusion. One part seems to indicate that you are currently on unemployment, BUT then another part says you were hurt on the job, suggesting you are currently on workers comp???

As a matter of CHOICE, you can turn down any job you wish to - WHETHER they continue to pay you is ANOTHER matter.

I used to work at a job a long time ago where I had to stand all day & it hurts, so my heart goes out to you. I think that going back to work & continuing to look for a better job is the way to go.
Remember that one of the main parameters to continue collecting unemployment is that you must be ready, willing & able to work.

That depends in part on where you are. Unemployment is governed by the state where you live. Each state will have its own regulations and requirements. Check the website below for basic facts. You should also be able to find a link to your state's unemployment benefits site to find information relevant to your case.

yes
unemployment only cares that you are actively looking for a job, not that you may have turned one down. And if the job was too low of pay or not in your line of work, its worth it to turn it down.

I dont' think you're supposed to - you should check to make sure you don't lose your bene's.

Take the job and find another one of your liking.

why would you turn down a job when you need one? you can say no to a job and the state won't know about it, but a steady paycheck is better thatn no paycheck
