i am by no means a racist i believe it is the person that counts not the colour the question was inspired by an answer to a question about Nelson mandella who by the way i admire

I often wonder the same thing. Then again with ignorant people like bubbles or whatever her screen name is... I don't really care. It's a free country, but I say what I want to say, when I want to say it and I don't care who thinks I am racist.

Black people (And I mean no slurs off anything I say) are constantly playing up the fact that they were thrown into slavery and treated like overall ****. This is true, however, no longer in practice anymore.


People say you can't blame the ancestors for the children. Well, in reality, when they take pot-shots at the white people, they are basically accusing all of the people today of being exactly like our ancestors, when it's not very well true.


It's a bit of a reverse minority. However, they feel it's right, many white people feel it's wrong. Not everybody feels this way, and you just have to smile and bear it. However, people like me aren't afraid to say what they feel, even if it does dub them a racist. If someone is black, and they're being a complete ********, I will happily tell it to their faces, and whoever will listen. I can't be racist for my own mind.

White is only white, it is not a colour as such if yu know what i mean, but Black is a colour, and i don't know why black people feel inferior when called black, because actully spaeaking, it is the white who is coloured. Think about it like this, if you punch a black guy will you be able to see the bruise, but if visa versa, you will see all colours ona white person. In any way you think about it, my simple answer is because i am black you can say you are white or else you would just be who you are. My black colour makes you feel different, so i am the different person, because i make a difference. Without me you are just you. So actually the white guy is inferior to the black guy.

The racism goes both ways; it's just that we tend not to be sensitive about it. By which I don't mean that they're being overly sensitive, but if someone called me a cracker, a Kraut, or whatever that derogatory term for the Irish is, it wouldn't bother me in the least, no matter how venomously they said it.

Because African Americans didn't oppress white people and enslave them. Equality is still a ways away in many regards so people kinda brish it off. I don't think its right that anyone says negative comments about a group, but it is racist regardless if its one minority to another or African Americans to whites.

i totally agree with u, i mean whats that all about? like when kanye west was all mad about katrina thing when the media would show black ppl 'robbing' (which i agree with him about) but then like later he said that he doesnt make music 4 white ppl and that they shouldnt listen 2 it and should find their own music, which just drives me mad coz music isnt for races, its 4 every1.but still there r white ppl, like tommy hilfiger, which is a total hypocrate, who says **** like: if i knew blacks and muslims and jews and latin ppl were buying my clothes i wouldnt be making them as great as they r. so the answer to ur question is that there r some assholes on earth, alot of them, and we just have 2 live with it.

i dont know whether or not i think its right, but i do know why its like that. the term that white people used to call black people, '******' is commonly used among blacks, not as an insult, but rather as a term of empowerment. they have switched it around as almost a term of endearment. ALMOST. but they mean it in a good way.
