They kiss but it tends to not be a passionate kiss that is filled with desire for the other person involved; a "real" kiss.
Actors incorporate techniques to create the illusion of reality. They remember that the kiss has nothing to do with them. They are not kissing their partners; it's the character that is kissing another character. They also keep in mind that the character has reasons that lead him/her to want to kiss the other character in a certain way. Their job is to determine what those reasons are and in what way is their character going to kiss the other character. The actor is in the scene and as an actor, he/she needs to make the scene look believable.
The actor could potentially be attracted to the other actor involved or not. However, in some instances when actors meet on the set and fall in love, there could potentially be some "real" kissing going on.

in some movies they have real kisses
in some fake ones

No they don't. Just before they have to kiss, the director calls cut to give the actors time to each put on a pair of plastic lips so they don't have to touch each other.

it depends on actor to actor .some kiss on the screen but some are electronic trickery's.
