yes to the first one, depends on the situation for the second. there have been studies done on this. if you were born blind, your dreams are completly touching, smelling, feeling, etc., but if you went blind while you were older, you can see in differing amounts depending on the age you were when you went blind, how long you have been blind, and other factors. Yes, you can cry underwater, because the tears still come out of the tear ducts, but they are dissolved instantly into the water around you so you never see them.

I don't know about the whole underwater thing. I think blind people that see in their dreams are those who were not always blind or born that way. Like Ray Charles, he had reoccurring dreams about his childhood when he could see.

stable i like a stable contemplate. If a guy or woman, has been blind all his existence, i could say no, he would not see in his objectives, yet whilst his blindness got here later in existence, then he could. you probable can cry underwater, regardless of the undeniable fact that it could matter on how deep you have been. The deeper you're, the extra beneficial the strain, which does no longer enable your tears to circulate. So it could could be in very shallow water.
