Take deep breaths, slowly.
Concentrate on nothing but the breathing.
Once your breathing is under control, pretend you are on a beach and the sun is shining down on you... then concentrate on feeling the rays of the sun soaking into your skin. Start at your stomach and work your way out to your fingers and toes.
You'll actually be able to feel the warmth from the sun as your muscles relax.
If that doesn't work, slowly count to five while you clench whichever muscles won't relax, then release the clenching and focus on feeling them relax completely.

Read a book on a comfy couch when it's icky outside, read outside when it's nice.

Make a crepe or something fancy but easy and fill it with your favorite fruit and yogurt. It sounds weird but it's always good to feel like you've accomplished something and it's even better when your accomplishment tastes great.

Do a tough aerobics excersize and then take a nap. You will feel so tired and limp that you will fall asleep immediately. Maybe try a long bike ride.

//Transendental meditation, it really works.

Lie down in a darkened room, close your eyes and let your mind drift, now imagine that you are flying through the air, or gliding across the ocean, or soaring through space. When you are there just let go and let your mind carry you.
