don't! Oh please don't! once you get your eyebrows tatooed you have to go back in to get them re-done every so often because they fade. Also, you'll never end up with a "natural looking color" and there' very few things wierder than orange tattooed eyebrows.

Cosmetic tattoo salons can be found in just about every community. Make sure the person you are having tattoo your eyebrows or any kind of cosmetic tattooing is licensed to do so. Usually, a basic health form is filled out by the client prior to any initial work. Next, a patch test is done to determine if the client has any allergic reaction to the pigment that will be used in the tattoo procedure. Color is selected by the client with advice and suggestions from the makeup artist. The technician then sketches the area to be tattooed with a sterile surgical pen. A topical anesthetic gel is applied on the area, and the client relaxes while the anesthetic gel begins to numb the area. This usually take about twenty minutes.

Using a hollow, vibrating needle, the technician introduces the pigment into the top layer of the dermis, the layer of skin immediately under the epidermis. Each time the needle penetrates the skin, a droplet of the pigment is released into the hole made by the needle. During the process, a slight stinging sensation is felt by the client, not often reaching actual pain.

Following the application of the pigment, the color will likely look dark and shiny, and the surrounding tissue will be swollen and red. Cold compresses are applied to the area along with a regular application of antibiotic ointment. It takes about three weeks for the color to fade to its permanent shade.

A friend of mine had eyeliner tatooed on and it looks great but you need to know who the tatoo person is and if they have a clean shop and if they have any cases coming against them. Check them out either by phone with Better Business Bureau or go on line. Be very careful. It does fade in about 5 years and has to be redone.Have you tried using a very small brush and brown shadow on your brows? It gives a nice but soft line. Try different makeup techniques first.

Eyebrows are like couture ever changing. If you get them put on permanently you can not really change the shape. Makeup is the best trick. There are waterproof liners out there that are phenomenal!! Try those out first and see how you like them. Tattooing on your face is a big step just make sure if you really want to do it you are ready for it. I would also talk to someone that has had it done before to get a second opinion. But i say makeup all the way. That way you can change your look if you want which is wicked!!

The same way you tatoo any other part of your body. I don't recommend it, however, as it will bleed/fade in time and you will be stuck with it for the rest of your life. I wouldn't tattoo ANY part of my face!! I knew a girl that had permanent eyeliner and it was blurry and awful looking!!!

go to a salon or a tatoo parlor. make sure that they are trained and/or certified before hand because you can never fix a mistake once it is done

oh lord, please don't
even if in years to come, you dont want to change the shape, (ha!), the colour FADES! black turns blue, etc. and as much as you go to get it touched up, it'll fade, it'll bleed, and then you'll have weird coloured smudgey eyebrows, and it'll take a lot more work to concel and draw over them in the future.
