Well im pretty sure it does i was just up there last week........check it out on the internet.......um if they dont have any culture they have a great amusement park

My boyfriend lives down in NC and I liked it, we went to Carrowinds last weekend and it seemed nice and peaceful. It has a lot of different things going on down there. You just have to be interested in what they offer.
