That's so funny. You people keep saying you can't have sex with your pants on. Um, from experience, you CAN!! You just pull them down a bit!!
And I agree, if you don't want to have sex, then tell him that, and stick to your guns!!!! He'll probably just get your pants all messy. But it's better than doing something you aren't ready for or having a child!
Sex does equal penetration, meaning the penis has to be in the vagina to be considered intercourse or "sex."
So I wouldn't worry if you plan on keeping your pants on. Just don't let him coax you into slipping them off or down!!!

You can't have sex without uncovering your "nether parts," since penetration is involved. So what you suggest is an impossibility if you keep your pants completely on, even if his are unzipped or removed.
He can stimulate himself by rubbing against you, but that's not sex, and he's just using you for his own pleasure... which is sort of lame in general and probably gross for you.
Have you learned about sex yet from your parents or from school? If you're old enough to date, then you need to find out more information about how sex works so that you can make good decisions for your own well-being and emotional/spiritual health.
Meanwhile, tell your boyfriend that you don't want to have sex with him and that you need him to respect that, if he cares about you.

Ok..I'm gonna guess that you're a pretty young person...so, I'll put it this way....
NOTHING happens if you don't want it to happen, whether your pants are on or off.
If you don't want to, or are not ready-then stand firm and don't do anything that's not comfortable. Everyone is not ready to "do it" at the same time. If your boyfriend cares for you, then he will be patient.
Lastly, in terms of "what could happen to you"--- if you have pants on, you are not having sex. Intercouse is only when his genitals are inserted into yours...that's it..plain and simple.
Remember, things don't happen if you don't want them to.

well, you can't really have sex with your pants on. In order to truely have sex, there needs to be penetration. If your pants are on, that isn't possible. But I think that you need to tell your boyfriend you don't want to have sex. If he doesn't understand this, then he probably isn't the guy for you. Good luck!

I think you're saying he would "dry hump" you and pretty much nothing will happen unless a little sperm gets through two or three layers of clothing and into your vagina. Then you could get pregnant. But that is very, very unlikely.
If you don't want to have intercourse, your bf should understand that and wait until you're ready.
