well it kinda depends.If your brother doesnt care then i say GO AHEAD.But your brother may not like the idea of his sister dating his friend.The right thing would probably ask your brother 1st.It may be a little hard but you gotta do it because if you really like this guy you two may have a chance.You dont want your brother to hate you for the rest of your life because you went out with his friend and he didnt know.So yeah your better off asking your brother before you go CrAzY

I think that you should ask your brother first and then go on with what you want to do. You can't help who you have feelings for. And either can your brothers friend.

Well if you don't mind feeling uncomfortable when you two break things off and he's still coming around or with his new gf and stuff.. then go for it. I think you will regret it but you are the one who knows best.

ASK UR BROTHER FIRST, TELL HIM U LIKE HIS FRIEND, IF ITS OK WITH HIM FINE BUT IF ITS NOT OK THEN HE MIGHT KNOW THE REASON WHY HE WONT AGREE.
