i dont believe that any human being is illegal and the first immigrants arrived on the mayflower. so no he shouldn't be sent away. people might say he's stealing their job but that person must really suck at it for some guy from Mexico who isn't used to the surroundings to be hired instead. i think these people who complain about immigrants need to stop. the problem isn't the immigrants, it's the people who supply their jobs and tempt them. they're the ones at fault and who allow this to happen. so then everyone blames the immigrants. if you were living in poverty and were offered a job, you would take it to feed yourself and family. and this guys who works over 60 hours sounds like he's a lot better than the whiney ppl who say their job sucks.

The problem is to work he needed a aquire a fake social security card. If I do that as an American Citizen it's a big deal. If Carlo's did this as an illigal immigrant it's a big deal even if he has worked hard and not broken laws, he is illegal. If he is working under the table he's being exploited by businesses and he's taking work from those who do it at a fair wage. I go to work should I get points for that if I break the law ? If I work under someone elses idenity ? He needs to begin seeking citizenship legally it takes time it's not popular but it's the law. His homeland if it's Mexico has very stringent rules prohibiting "illegal aliens" from entering out of countries on it's borders ? Why is the United States being asked to simply allow entrance to those who've entered illegally ? It's a slap in the face to those who've entered legally and I know some, amazing people who went through that process legally.

Don't get disappointed for the answers you received. You can get away from stereophonic thinking.
The ten commandments might be unquestionable but human laws are not. Some people can't even distinguish a crime form a misdemeanor. Murder is a crime for many reasons: because god forbid it; it is against human rights; all countries forbid it; the amount of harm done; the interests of society; the need to avoid others doing the same; etc.
So when someone says "you can't do it because it is illegal" they are stating a fact, but in now way are they giving an explanation. Much less do they distinguish why should it be a crime and not a misdemeanor (forget about legal). The amount of punishment might match the amount of harm done, but then again, in might not. So the point is, why should we have the National Guard in the border and not in the street where YOU now some guys are selling drugs?

There are also people in this country who work over 60hrs a week, selling drugs, and sending the money back to Mexico..I know a bunch of people in Miami who came into the country the correct way, the "legal" way...there are rules for a reason...you saw everyone on TV waving their Mexican and other countries flags, what they should have been waving was the AMERICAN FLAG, if you want to be American then you should have every right to have a job, and pay taxes, and be able to get benefits...if you are just here to work and send money to your family, then go home or go to another country..like Canada...most AMERICANS do not want illegal people in this country...today is completely different than when our ancestors came over here from England, different situation, different time period...My husband is born and raised in Spain, he came here legally, became an American, got a job and has been too Iraq twice fighting for his country..not sending home money for his family....

The world is a cruel place. Their is no such thing as a perfect country. Not even America. When you enter any country illegally you have to consider the risk your taking. No matter who you are, or what ever reason you are coming here for, but I will pray for the noble people who come here for a better life. There's this really good web site on 9/11 you should check out. go to google.com search for loose change, and it talks about on how corrupted America could be.

in my opinion- there are 2 paths. a million. end all government welfare courses and price controls. This includes value helps and company welfare courses, the minimum salary and guy or woman welfare courses and supply them amnesty. 2. Amend the form to end birthright citizenship and initiate deporting people. i could truly see the 1st. I do have faith with out the minimum salary a minimum of get admission to point pay will fall. If the going fee for cutting-edge jobs falls- expenditures and unemployment will fall too.
