don't give up - keep trying. Sometimes it takes a little while. If you have been on birth control, it could take a little while to get out of yoru system. Everyone reascts differently to it. Try tracking your fertile time and knowing when you ovulate so that you can boost your chances. Try this site

Also, try to relax. Stress, even from baby making, can cause you to not be able to get pregnant. So try to relax and take the pressure off yourself so you can see what happens.
If you still can't conceive after 6 months or so, go see a fertility doctor so they can help you more.
Don't forget that you can always adopt or try a surrogate.

if you have been on any kind of birth control it will take some time to get out of your system. It took us almost a year after she got off the pill. You can always look at it this way, it sure is fun trying.
