Misdemeanor DUI - no other people involved, just a traffic stop. Will the judge make the person attend AA meetings? Should they plead not guilty and take a lesser charge of Reckless Driving if offered? Thanks!

my friend got one not long ago and among other things, yes AA will be mandatory......an breathalyzer/interlock unit, fines, "maybe" jail time.....and all the other stuff people will chastise you about shortly......

Maybe /but just tell the Judge that AA Violates my Religious Beliefs under Freedom of religion under the Constitution of the United States!!!/ YES take the lesser charge,/ for Insurance reasons good luck
