HIS MOTHER CONSTANTLY GETS HIM TO LIE,, ONE OF HIS LYES ,, WELL TO ME THE WORST ONE WAS HE WAS GOING TO TAKE ONE OF MY GUNS BLOW MY BRAINS OUT THEN SHOOT HIMSELF,,,FINALLY HE DID AMIT THAT HIS MOTHER, FORCED HIM TO SAY THAT,,,BUT NEVER EXPLANED HOW SHE MADE HIM SAY IT.

It sounds like mom is a pathological liar with a personality disorder - and if she is telling him to say things like that, then he needs to not spend time with her while he is impressionable.
I would explain to him that saying things like "I'm going to kill myself" has SERIOUS and IMMEDIATE consequences. Even if he's kidding, the next time he says it, you have to seriously follow through and say - okay, we have to go to the hospital now for an evaluation - and take him to the ER. The psychiatrist on duty will do an evaluation - which will let you know if your son has severe psychological problems, AND it will let your son know that there are serious consequences for lying. (You have to tell him that the next time he says something like that - it's serious, and you're going to do something about it.)
I would learn as much as you can about parenting - especially about how to make things right for a child who has a lot of wrong things going on around them. I don't know much about the living situation or court ordered visitation or anything, but you have to make good decisions for your child, even when his mother can't. Remember that HE is the child - no matter if he's saying adult things - and your first responsibility is to protect him.

If this is actually true (and your just not trying to get a rise out of the public) then your son's mother is mentally abusing your son, and should be taken to court and deemed as an unfit mother, so you can take control of the proper raising of your son.
As for allowing this behaviour to continue, you son will carry out such a crime if it is implanted into his mind enough.

I would report his mother. She is obviously screwing up your son emotionally. You should get help for your son and you. This is serious! I worked with juveniles in the court system and she is not looking out for the best interest of your son if she is telling him to say that because he just might do it. This is not a matter to be taken lightly! YOU BETTER DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!!!!!!

maybe u should try family consuling. or just try talkin with his mom b/c it seems to me that the mom has a problem and not your son

have a family therapist talk to him and explain to him if he threatens to harm you or anyone else he COULD POSSIBLY go to jail.
