This is quite a pattern, and knownig many people who assist in the childbirth process, this is what my doulas and midwives have told me.
There is always a baby rush at the full moon (go figure, my baby was born on the full moon too).
Most women will go into labor at night (because their bodies are relaxed)
Most cesareans happen on Fridays (because OB's are impatient and don't want to work on the weekend - but that's another story.)
This is a frighteningly frequent pattern, especially the cesarean one. I went to a VBAC meeting (people who want to have vaginal birth after cesarean) and there were 6 mothers who had had cesareans. Every single one of us had our cesarean on a friday. makes me kind of disgusted in OBs personally, because there's a strong possibility in a lot of those cases that if the OB hadn't intervened, baby could have been born peacefully and naturally on Saturday at 4am

My three were born on a Mon, a Fri, and a Wed. I was born on a Thurs, and my sister was born on a Sun. So I really depends on when the baby wants to be born. I had my last 2 at night, and my sister, my oldest and I were all born around the noon hour.

For some reason, I think Tuesday is a big day - but I have not idea why I think that. My daughter was born on a Thursday. Good luck finding your answer.
