A site I know of that can identify who owns the phone number.

I do not know of any. I am a private investigator and I pay for that service, so of course, I have to charge. The good news is it should cost you around $3 to trace it. Good luck.

google has a good phone search, just google the number....if it is unlisted you cannot get it for free.....

www.att.net go to search tools, then reverse lookup
