Been looking for a workout that is 30 minutes or less that will help shed pounds, increase flexiblity, strength and is fun. Any ideas?

Tae-Bo seriously....I did it and in two weeks I saw a huge difference in my muscle tone and endurance.

rent them from blockbuster, or they may even be at the local library

I like the Windsor Pilate's DVDs....it's only about 30 minutes and it's a great overall workout....Great results too...

TAEBO! i get so tired but it is so fun and there a lot of different levels
if you want flexablity and fun do belly dancing with a friend you will laugh at how stupid you look but it does work
