I am Brazilian, than I grew up, listening that Brazilian women are beautiful...I used to think this used to be told for every women when someone from another country was visting your country.
I used to think...if he was in France he would say the same for french, if he was in Italy he would say the same for Italians...I never took this comment seriously, until I move from Rio to New York...Here there are people from everywhere in the world, not just visiting or hanging out like those I use to meet in Rio, they actually live here, and I observed that brazilians culture, tends to value more beauty ( I am talking about the girls, not the guys we seeing playing brilliant at the world cup, because they are considered ugly, but very nice and funny guys) and appearance, so I realized, we in Brazil, in Rio de Janeiro in particular, we tend to take more care about our look, by eaten more healthily than here and being more careful about not applying too much makeup, that tends to give a fake look, not mattering how beautiful or young a women can be. We try to look more natural, even if is "artificial natural" with the use of less makeup than those applied by most women here in NY.
Plus, I realized also that model's agency does the same thing.
I am not that beautiful, I considred myself ok, but here people tends to like more my natural look, and I've been stopped at stores like Sephora, by people whom work at Models agency offering me their buisness card by asking if I ever thought of being a model, and how tall I am and my weight and bla bla bla.
I can't deny have felt surprised and here, in NY, I feel more apprecaiated than there, but I learn also, its has a price, and I didn't come here to be ended up like another one with a cute face.

You can find absolutely gorgeous women all over the world. Doesn't matter where you go, you will find them. However, to share my observations with you, I'd say: Brazilian, Polish, Slovak, Czech, Iranian and yes... British too. Although I am excluding a lot of nationalities in my opinion, I do believe that beauty is very subjective and how we all definite it is very personal.

Beauty is in the eye of the holder. And even if a girl is beautiful on the outside what about her persaonality. she could end up being a n annoying *****. so i pretty much believe everyone is unique and special in there own way.
And with make up anyone could be beautiful according to this world standards
