Yes, amazingly so but a superconductor can shield 100% a magnetic field.

I think any material will, given enough of the material. For example, if you try to put too much stuff under a fridge magnet it won't hold.

any diamagnetic or ferromagnetic material can shield magnetism. put a sheet of metal on your magent and 99.9% of the magentism is routed through the sheild and only a little passes through
