I've had them for about a year now, I've tried many cleansers and face care products. I don't think there pimples. Any idea what they are and how I can treat them?

they are probably little tiny ingrown hairs. If exfoliating doesn't work. (i.e. scrubs or a loofah sponge) see a dermatologist for something a bit stronger.

I've had tons of trouble w/ my skin in the past. You need to see a dermatologist. Most likely, it is a yeast infection....don't laugh....an inbalance of yeast in your body can lead to different types of infection, one of which is exactly what you are describing....tiny bumps that are skin colored, don't get red ever or pop. I've had it on my forehead a few times. The Dr. can prescribe something that will make it go away in about a week. Hope this helps!

It's okay, you're fine. Those are just pimples. If you had skin cancer, you would have a lump on your stomach.
