I am looking for some good deals on Lowes website but for some reasons, the images of items dont appear.?

It shows the images (jpeg files) are downloading......I used my other pc and it does the same thing.

Make sure you are set for HTML and you can also try turning you pop up blocker off:<}

Disable your firewall; I have the same issue when I shop on eBay and disabling the firewall works for me! Just make sure to turn your firewall back on when you're done!

it could be the web server's problem.
