There is no best MIDFIELDER in the world, there are many different kinds of midfielders. Attacking, Defensive, Wingers and Sweepers. So each category will have good players. No one really can be called the best there are soooo many awesome players out there. Obviously ronaldinho gets most of the attention but he's not done **** this entire world cup.

Steven Gerrard of Liverpool FC and England.Not the most skillful, but the biggest presense on the field.Can win any match on his own.

I have to agree and say Ronladinho. Another mid to watch is Zinedine Zidane. He may be getting old but he can still play.
