Wasp one foot long - well even though a tiger can rip you to shreds a wasp that big could kill you with one sting for the fun of it.

If you mean a one foot long tiger I already have two of those and they're cute and cuddly. A foot long wasp would be a nightmare, yes it would be more dangerous!

The tiger, as the wasp will not be trying to eat you.

I would say both. While the wasp would be able to fly and hurt a lot, it wouldn't be able to kill. But the tiger would be fast but you could outrun it in a car or something. But, they can kill. So, I would say equally dangerous.

considerinng how fast can a normal-sized wasp fly, i would rather face anything else than a wasp that huge. the tiger may not be hungry at all

Tigers are agressive. A wasp (no matter how long) won't do anything to you unless provoked.
