"Cheetahs Are P-u-s-s-i-e-s" -- What does this mean? I saw is on the Mini ad.?

It's trying to say that the Mini is so much faster than a Cheetah, that if you drove one, you'd be able to call a Cheetah a ***** ...cat. The Cheetah is an animal almost exclusively known for its speed. It's trying to create a cachet appeal for the brand.
