Because they are people and the things that they do is what makes them human.
i don't really know if this is a serious question or not, but i'll answer it as one.
People are social beings, and they are taught since childhood how to walk, talk, eat with a spoon, use the toilet and the like. We've been trained to be socially accepted. Whenever we do something that isn't accepted socially, for an example, telling your ugly uncle that he's ugly, you'll get scoulded, and probably locked in your room when all you did was say the truth! Why, becuase it isn't socially accepted!!!!
So basically, we act in the manner that we do cause we want to be liked and accepted.

if we did all the same things, wouldnt life be boring? most of us act friendly or mean through pass happings i.e being bullyed could mean in the furture u might put up a barrior between you and other people
