I go to the Academy of Art University. I had some friends who used to go to Art Institute but transferred to the Academy because AI sucked. I don't know what you're going to major in, but you should definitely take a tour of the Academy. I love it here.

I don't know about the Art Institute, but I have been going to the Academy of Art for a couple of years now. I do 3D animation there and I love it. The labs are really cool and have a lot of professional stuff and they have good job placement.

I am a student at the Ai in minnesota and its great!!! its very hands on and independent, but at the same time your teachers are always there to help you if you need it. I am a graphic design student there. Ai is a very recognized school since there are a lot in the US and I believe one in CAN. so when you are looking for a job employers will be very familiar with the name. I dont know what your major will be though and I dont know anything about the other school you mentioned. just visit both on a day when school is running (oh yeah Ai is year round) so you get a feel for what classes would be like for you. Ai also gives you a ton of supplies to get started as a part of your tuition so you dont have to go buy a bunch before you even start.

look on there websites, do some research, find out which one you like more
or you could go to both of the school and see if they'll give you a tour of the school
