In order to do that, you need to upgrade to Yahoo! Mail Plus for $19.95 / year. It's well worth it. An SMTP server is a server that receives mail and sends it out to the target recipient (SMTP stands for Simple Mail Transfer Protocol). POP3 (stands for Post Office Protocol version 3) servers are servers that deliver mail addressed to you to your outlook mail. You need both servers to use OutLook (IF you had just POP3 and no SMTP, then you could receive your mail, but wouldn't be able to send any, and visa versa if you had an SMTP server, but no POP3). If you have already upgraded, then here are the server names for you:

POP3: pop3.mail.yahoo.com
SMTP: smtp.mail.yahoo.com

In order to have a yahoo email that support any of those protocols you have to have a payed email account. If you have a paid email account, you need to contact yahoo tech support for the name of the server.
