For Spring, titanic Mountain, Arapahoe, Breckenridge, Copper were my favorites. i have tried Utah and it in simple terms did not do it for me.

Solitude, Utah. I went town a black diamond mogul run, right benieth a chair lift, and found myself in chest deep powder. NO LIE. It is not very crowded, and is really big. Check out their website.
