whats next when a guy looses everything in his life ?

his career, his love, his financial assets,almost everyhing. is it fair to give life up or fight back the fate of life , can any one feel the movement i am going with

Boy! I have seen this happen before. Not pointing blame. But somehow you did let this happen, by not doing something! Somewhere you were focusing your energy on something else, instead on you and your life...I'm not saying be selffish, Im saying sometimes what u fear the most, will happen if you do nothing to stop it.

Your kind of stunned and you procrastonate doing what you know needs to be done. What to do ! Whell right now you are stuck, and you need someone u can confide in that is a close friend, or doctor, and have them to hold you accountable for what u tell them that you are going to do to get out of this mess. You sound like you also have anxiety and there is medicine that can help you with that racing going no-where feeling of fear.

Never feel bad about getting help! Because everyone needs help at one time or another in thier life. Start feeling good about yourself, by doing good things for yourself.Go to the Dr. and get a physical, Go to a inexpensive gym, like a fitness 19. $19 amonth. Buy new clothes that you feel great in, go to the dentist, maybe buy new furniture or stero, or cable or take a class you think would help you or just would intrest you. anything you desire to feel the new change in you.

If you want to change, you must make changes. This builds your confidence and helps you feel special again, and when you do this for yourself others notice and want to be with that special person.you have become.

Who can resist a man who looks good, and takes care of himself, and gets control of his life? All of a sudden you will be more of the man you want to be. Before you know it you will be back even bigger and better than before. Good luck to u , and here's one lady who knows u can do it...

I heard a speech once at an Rotc Camp that my son attened.. And it was about choices.. You can choose to mope around or you can choose to take matters into your own Hands and do something about it....God will never give you more then you can handle...Everytime when you think there's no way out...there will be a light at the end of the tunnel...
