How do you start your own political party?

Im interested in Politics but wouldnt want to join ANY of the existing parties. Just hypothetically speaking, how do you go about setting one up???

Get a lot of money, then advertise it.

First you would have to lose your mind. You can make a party simply by saying you are a part of this party. Now getting is recognized by the national government is a whole other story. You'll have to have a party platform, formally written and detailed. I'm talking it needs to bore God to satisfy these people. You'll need to prove that you have a legitimate purpose to exist and enough members to sustain an endorsement. You'll be required to do so many thing yearly to keep you status as a party. Then comes entering candidates into elections which is another ton of paperwork.

If you can come up with a set of ideas people can get behind and find an effective way to get your message out you could have moderate success. It will take a lot of time before we can break through the political establishment that is set up today.
