Aloe Vera helps. I doesn't sting, reduces redness and stops the burning sensation for quite some time. I use is and it works great.

Ingredients: Warm water, Soap, Aloe with no additives
Instructions: I was told, for 1st degree burns, take a warm shower and wash with soap. This should remove all the dead skin and the warm water will open up your pores so your skin can breath. If you use cold water your pores close and the heat stays in.After shower, dry and apply Aloe. Finally, never apply anything with alcohol such as solorcane (sp?). It stops the burn, but dries your skin.If there is a constant pain I have used the cold tea mentioned by others, but I found that a warm shower the first day always prevents the pain.If you have second degree burns or worse (blisters, oozing skin) seek
medical attention.

There are many ways to ease the pain of a sunburn! One best way is to brew a few tea bags, let them cool, then apply them to the burn skin. Now u have tea and a pain reliver!JOKE! the anti-oxiadent in the tea leafs has a natural pain reliver. U can also use aloe vera, fresh from a plant,or bought from da store. Or cool wet towels on the skin. Tea bags is ur best bet. I hope i help u out some. Good luck.

Sunburn takes time to heal no matter what use use im afraid, Hydro gel helps but if you cant get it then you should use the shower head on cold and let the running water run over the burnt skin for a least 20 mins every 2 hours.

The best thing I have found to take the burn out and prevent blistering is a mixture of aloe vera juice and lavender essential oil. You take about 2 ounces of the juice and add 6 drops of the lavender oil , shake it well then pour it into a misting bottle. Keep it in the fridge . You will Have to spray often but it works really well. It also works great on itch's and burns of any type.

Oh wow! There is no way on plannet earth that a blistering sunburn will feel better that soon. I recommend aloe vera and solar cane which will relieve problems while u aren't active but one u tumble u will have to suck it up and deal with the pain or just skip it. Get better!

LISTEN TO ME...OKAY??
NO JOKE...
Forget all these "granny's recipes" and concoctions.
Take the simple way of dealing with this.
I am a borderline albino.... I know!!!!
Fresh picked aloe leaf!
Strip the outer shell off with a good vegetable peeler.
Cut out the gel inside and slice lots of criss-cross grooves into it so the sticky liquid can get out.
Now liberally rub it directly onto the areas affected.
It is going to smell terrible and it's going to be really gross and sticky...BUT... Let it dry on your skin.

... it's like MAGIC!!
I swear!! You're going to feel very healed.

Remember to use only REAL aloe.... The bottled stuff is ....well,
most of the incredible healing qualities are dead!

PLEASE DO THIS....YOU WILL FEEL MUCH BETTER!!!
It works best when you do it before bedtime.

Mix vinegar and cold water in a sink, place a couple of wash clothes in the water and place on sunburn. Also take some tylenol or ibuprofen.

Next time make sure you use Lots of sunscreen and reapply after being in the water for 90 minutes.

Try some aloe vera sunburn gel. Walgreens carries some that also has lidocaine in it to ease the pain.

I have heard that if you take a bath with vinegar in it, it will take away the burn. I don't know what to do with the blisters. I also agree with the other answers about the aloe. Hope you feel better.
