A rough approximation - about 4, maybe 5 minutes. But it depends on many factors, the most important of which is the actual modem connection speed. The FCC limits the modem speed to 53k, and typically the best connection you will get is about 48k. At this speed it would take about 3.64 min. Other factors may slow this down a little, so, 4-5 minutes unless you have a much slower connection.
