As a Staffing Consultant/Recruiter for a Staffing Company that provides temporary, temporary-to-hire, and direct hire employment I know a lot of my current employees and prospective employees that have worked with other staffing firms HATED them because they were sent to positions that they were overqualifed for or were lied to about the temporary or perm status, etc. I have matched great candidates with great companies and am loved because of it.
