If you use a good brand of tampon you will not get any problems with menstrual issues.
As for other things just make sure you wipe everything extra clean at the bathroom and things should be fine as far as that goes.
The only problem you could have is with any fluids your vagina produces if you get turned on, usually these fluids do not stain and will not smell bad unless you leave the jeans wet for many hours. Just wash the jeans the next day if you have any erotic wetness issues.
Finally I would reccomend washing yourself between the legs everyday and twice a day if you do sports a lot. This will really help keep things clean and nice down there.

I have not tried these, but I've heard of them. It's a little round disc with adhesive backing that you press into your pants. They are called anti-panties. How awesome!!! Go here:

Well pantyliners stick so put it on the jeans it might come loose or fall of but its the only way

I also hate wearing panties.Iuse a tampon and change it regulary.When u pee,be shure to wipe.I keep my shorts clean.
