I have no idea how paypal works. do you get a bill from paypal then you pay the bill from your credit card,, or does it go right on your credit card?

Paypall just transfers the bill to your credit card - it just shows the same as any other transaction.

I'd advise that you hold off on that plan. Using someone's money, or credit for that matter is just not a good idea. Money is a sensitive subject for many people and violating trust like that can hurt you both in the long run. You'd essentially be committing fraud to be honest. Secondly, you can look into a prepaid card if you want. In CO, we have ace cash express which offers netspend cards. You can also get a prepaid card at walmart or safeway or other retailers. However, look at the costs associated with it, like fees and such. Also, if your 18+ and in school, you can look into student accounts with almost any bank, they cater to college students often because its a new source of money and can start a lasting banking relationship. just my thoughts...

It goes right on your credit card. I use paypal all the time for Ebay.

Paypal is connected to you bank account and withdraws the money from it whenever you buy something, If you sell something it goes straight into your personal bank.

You can set it up to take money out of a bank account like a debit card.
