Point the gun away from you and turn the gun sideways
Turn gun up, grip track release buttons up and away, then slide track out.
Insert a strip of staples in the chamber with the legs pointing up.

push square metal cap in at tip of gun. while still pushing in pull down then slide metal spring out.place brad nails in side that is marked for nails****my strip of brad nails was too long to fit in gun even though it said the arrow brand could be used so i just snapped about 25 off row. then slide metal chamber back on gun. at first no matter how hard i pushed i couldnt get chamber back on that was because the strip was too long.the directions should say to make sure strip is not too long because you think if these were made for the gun they must fit but they dont.
