for yahoo email.
1. go to options in the upper hand corner but it's lower than the toolbar.
2. It brings up a menu. and click on create signature.

In Outlook Express, go to Tools and then Options. When the Options box opens, choose the Send tab. On the page of the Send tab you will find an area to create a signature. Follow the instructions and click Apply and then click O.K.

Mine is where I compose letters on the right side it will say options, and under general preferences, you will see signature, after you put in your signature, don't forget to hit, it is either save or finish at the very bottom of page.
