Its two different societies in Delaware, there is a good spot in downtown its called Pharaoh's not sure about the spelling, The Thunder Gardens, a motorcycle club, and there is the most famous of the all Ghetto hangouts is Ambrosio's, great seafood, real comfortable atmosphere until after 10 pm, when the hood rats come out to play.

delaware has very nice beaches, sooo i would imagin at this time of the year the sea shore is the place to be.
