That is so sick! Also, its hilarious because it reminds me how my older brothers would always asked us younger sisters to pop nasty looking zits on their backs when we were younger. So yeah if you can't reach it someone else has to do it for you.

press your back really hard against the refrigerator handle. Then open the fridge and remove all the junk food.

go to a dermatoligist and have them look at it to make sure it's nothing more then a pimple and not something else.
