I guess not. Ghana was probably somewhere in the outback with dark men in trees and playing football? on trees? No - do you mean soccer on trees?
The above would probably have been the comment made.
PS - manic, Rev. Jim Jones and co were in Guyana in the west indies not Ghana in West Africa. You wouldn't happen to be American would you?

Have we heard of Ghana? Great question.
And 2-1 is an a$$-kicking?
Get back to work.

Unfair to say the average American may not have heard of Ghana, most Americans wouldn't.

Manic must be an average American because the place where Rev. Jim Jones and his followers drank the poison Kool-aid was Guyana in South America not Ghana.

Average, I don't know. I learned about Ghana at the age of 14 when I read about the conflict and emmigration issues stemming from conflicts with Mali (and won a team gold medal in academic competition writing about it, actually).

Is there even such a thing as an "average" American?
I must not be "average" because I know a lot about Ghana and I beleived they would win against US.

No one has ever heard of Ghana, nor will anyone hear of Ghana. We dont give a crap about soccer, nor will we ever. Soccer sucks.
P.S. If you call soccer "football", you deserve to be shot.

Most likely a big NO.
P.S. torsten1500 The only country in the world that calls
football soccer is US. And Euro football was invented and
called football before American football existed.
